How We Work With You for Your Destination Weddings
It all starts with a conversation. During your pre-wedding consultation, we’ll discuss your priorities, introduce us to the key people in your life, and note any specific moments you absolutely don’t want missed. This helps us understand what matters most to you.
On the day, we bring a flexible approach, adapting seamlessly to your venue, timeline, and the unique rhythm of your celebration. We maintain a respectful presence, ensuring we can capture intimate and private moments with the sensitivity they deserve. And if you would like a few composed images of the two of you, we offer an optional quiet portrait session designed to feel natural and effortless, without disrupting the documentary flow of your day.
Following your celebration, you will receive a curated gallery of edited, full-resolution images that tell the complete story of your day. We also provide a selection of highlights—perfect for sharing with family and friends right away. For those wanting something tangible, we offer optional archival-quality prints or albums, designed to preserve the documentary story of your wedding for generations.

FAQs
Q. HOW MANY IMAGES CAN WE GET?
A. Depends on packages, I typically deliver anywhere from 500 - 2000 final images which will cover all the details and important moments for your big day.
Q. HOW DO WE RECEIVE OUT GALLERY?
A. Your images will be uploaded to an online gallery. You can download either HiRes or Web size images. You can also share the gallery with your friends and family.
Q. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET OUR GALLERY?
A. After your wedding day, I will start to carefully hand-edited your images. It usually will take me about 6-8 weeks to deliver your gallery. However, you will have 10-20 images for sneak peek with in a week from your big day. For engagement sessions, it will take about 2-4 weeks to deliver your gallery.
Q. WHAT EQUIPMENT DO YOU USE?
A. I use two Canon mirrorless cameras with a few different Canon lenses to focus on the moments for your wedding day. I also use on and off camera flashes durning your reception time.
Q. CAN WE GET YOUR RAWS?
A. Sorry, unfortunately I do not give my raws. The RAW files are not finished images. I spend a massive amount of time to edit your images to make them perfect for you to share, post and print.
Q. DO YOU HAVE A SECOND SHOOTER FOR OUR WEDDING?
A. All my packages include two photographers for your wedding day. The key reasons to have a second shooter include coverage in two places at once, multiple angles and perspectives, backup and redundancy, greater variety of images, etc.
Q. CAN WE ADD MORE HOURS TO OUR PACKAGE?
A. Absolutely! You can easily find out how to add extra hours from our contract and I will send a separate invoice for the added time.
Q. DO YOU CHARGE FOR TRAVEL?
A. For locations within a three-hour drive are priced without a specific travel charge. For locations outside the there-hour radius, please inquiry with me for a price quote.
Q. CAN WE BOOK A MEETUP FOR CONSULTING?
A. Yes! I offer unlimited consulting services to couples who have booked with me. I also offer one free consulting service to new clients. I love meeting you in person to discuss your big day, go over all the big or small details. We can always have a chat on phone or video as well at your convenience.
